Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ReplyCue ("we"), for your use of the ReplyCue Chrome extension, its server and this website (together, "ReplyCue"). By installing or using ReplyCue you accept these terms. If you use it for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf.

What ReplyCue does

ReplyCue drafts comments and replies from the page you are viewing and places the draft in the comment box. It never posts, likes, follows or scrolls for you. You decide whether to edit, post or discard each draft.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything you post, including drafts written with ReplyCue. Read each draft before posting it. AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to text written for other people.
• Follow the rules of each site where you comment. ReplyCue doesn't automate those sites, but their policies still apply to what you post.
• Don't use ReplyCue for spam, harassment, impersonation, deception, or to break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Don't try to bypass usage limits, share or resell access, reverse engineer the server, or send automated requests to it.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use ReplyCue.

Content

You keep whatever rights you have in your drafts and in the comments you post. We claim no ownership of generated drafts. We use the content you send only to produce your draft, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

• Guest and Free plans are free, with daily limits. Paid plans (BYOK and Pro) renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Any tax that applies where you live is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Pro includes up to 2,000 comments per billing month, to keep the service fair for everyone.
• BYOK uses your own API key. You pay your AI provider for that usage under its terms, and you are responsible for keeping your key secure.
• You can cancel at any time from the extension popup with Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReplyCue available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Sites change their pages, and ReplyCue may stop working on a site until we update it. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using ReplyCue at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if your use puts the service or other people at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you why first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you also have statutory rights under UK law that these terms do not affect. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, business or reputation, or for indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also bring a claim where you live and keep the protection of your local law.
